Refund Policy

1. 30-day window

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Digital delivery is instant, but that does not remove this option.

2. How to request

Email support@chinesenames.io with your receipt or the email address you used at checkout. If you have the order number, include it.

We reply within one business day. No forms, no phone calls.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the payment provider that processed your order — Gumroad, FastSpring or PayPal — to the original payment method.

The provider usually completes the refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

4. When we refund automatically

If you were charged twice, never received access, or the report failed to generate, contact us and we will fix it or refund you without argument.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law, including statutory withdrawal rights where they apply.

6. Before a chargeback

If something went wrong, email us first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs both sides; a refund usually takes one message.
